Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on, in-home and senior living care in Burlington, NC. You will work closely with a supervising Physical Therapist to deliver individualized treatment plans and guide patients through exercises to rebuild strength and mobility.

You’ll join an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, with built-in mentorship and clear opportunities for growth within the Geriatric House Calls

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant in the state(s) of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification and basic computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately and on time in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate coverage and stay connected with patients, POAs, and referral sources.
