Job summary
FOX Rehabilitation in Marlboro, NJ is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver one-on-one, in-home care under a supervising PT, building strength, mobility, and confidence for older adults. You will work within an interdisciplinary team alongside PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, with mentorship and a clear path to grow your skills and caseload.
The role offers flexible pathways (full-time, part-time, PRN) and benefits, with opportunities to earn more through referrals
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice or eligible to obtain.
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising PT, adjusting activities based on patient progress.
- Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
- Document visits accurately and on time within FOX’s EMR system.
- Coordinate with patients, POAs, and referral sources and support coverage when needed.
