Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants for in-home and senior living care in Little Rock, AR. You’ll work with a supervising PT to deliver individualized treatment plans and guide patients through therapeutic activities in the FOX Geriatric House Calls model.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice.
• CPR certification current.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises.
• Document visits accurately in the EMR per standards.
• Coordinate with POAs and referral sources to ensure coverage.
