Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Garners Ferry, SC is hiring licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide hands‑on care in home and senior living settings. Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state(s) or eligible to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient with common software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans created by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate care with patients, POAs, and referral sources as needed.
