Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Muscatine, IA is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver one-on-one in-home and senior living care under a supervising PT. You will implement individualized treatment plans and guide patients through therapeutic activities in a home-based setting.

You will be part of an interdisciplinary team with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, receiving mentorship and a clear path to grow your clinical skills and caseload in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with state licensure or eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by your supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately and on time in FOX’s EMR system and adhere to documentation standards.
• Coordinate with patients, POAs, and referral sources to ensure continuity of care.
