Summit Home Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in New Albany, OH. The ideal candidate will work full-time, Monday to Friday, providing direct patient care to improve mobility and enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current CPR certification and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation with automobile insurance.
• Previous experience in physical therapy or rehabilitation is preferred.

• Administer physical modalities to relieve pain and improve mobility.
• Collaborate with team personnel to achieve well-rounded care.
• Record and document patient care services and progress.

Education

Associate Degree in Science or Applied Science from an Accredited Institution

Active PTA License in the state of Ohio
