Job summary

GrandCare Health Services in Southern California is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team, delivering one-on-one in-home therapy under a licensed PT. You will help patients regain function after surgery, improve mobility, and reduce pain in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

Valid California PTA license is required.
Current CPR certification required.
1+ years of PTA experience, preferably in home health.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Deliver in-home physical therapy to restore function and mobility.
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and transfers.
Apply heat, cold, ultrasound, and massage as appropriate.
Educate on assistive devices and home safety.
Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
Communicate progress to supervising PT.
