Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to perform in-home visits across Kennewick, Richland, and Pasco. You will work under physician plans of care to deliver therapy services.

The role emphasizes timely visits, accurate documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. A valid PTA license, graduation from an accredited program, and driver with a clean record are required; earnings include a $40/hr range with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Current license, registration or certification to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in state(s) of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program approved by the APTA.
• Minimum of six (6) months experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Demonstrated written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services and education to clients in their homes following the Plan of Care.
• Completes visits timely and per Agency policy; documents services and client progress.
• Reports changes or schedule changes to the therapist or nursing supervisor the same day.
• Participates in interdisciplinary activities and attends client care conferences as needed.
• Promotes referrals to other disciplines and participates in quality improvement activities.
