Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities seeks a Casual Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home-based care in the Roseville area. You will work in patients’ homes, in a field setting, traveling within the Twin Cities metro service area.

The role offers flexible days and a supportive interdisciplinary team. Qualified candidates are MN-licensed PTAs with at least two years of PTA experience, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in MN and in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of PTA experience.
• CPR/BLS certification required; valid driver’s license and transportation for travel within service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.
• Participate in interdisciplinary patient assessments.
• Provide treatments as ordered by the physician and documented per policy and payer requirements.
• Document treatment and patient progress in a timely and legible manner.
• Counsel patient and family to support progress toward goals.
