PT Near Me is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home physical therapy in Melbourne, FL and surrounding areas. You will work autonomously under a PT plan of care to treat post-surgical, balance, and chronic conditions in patients' homes.

We offer flexible scheduling, the ability to set your own caseload, and back-office support to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques and anatomy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety.
• Document visits and communicate progress to supervising PT.
