Qualifications

Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible.
Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.
Reliable transportation and ability to manage time and service area independently.
Strong communication skills and passion for helping patients regain function at home.

Responsibilities

Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety.
Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
Maintain safe and professional home visits.
Treat a range of cases including post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients.
