St. Elizabeth's Home Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our home health team.

The PTA will help patients regain independence in their own homes by improving mobility, strength, and functional ability, coordinating with the PT and care team to achieve goals. The candidate should hold an accredited Associate’s degree for PTA, an active PTA license in Ohio, CPR/BLS certification, and at least one year of PTA clinical experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (accredited program)
• Active registered PTA license in the practicing state
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• One year PTA experience in clinical setting
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Must comply with laws and regulations

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients at home to regain independence by improving mobility and functional abilities.
• Collaborate with PT, patients, families and healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and achieve goals.
