Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to join our in-home care team on O‘ahu, HI. The role offers flexible per diem scheduling with the potential to earn $100,000–$120,000 per year based on visits completed.

Responsibilities include providing in-home physical therapy, performing evaluations and fall-risk assessments, and documenting progress for the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience; home health preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
