Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services on O'ahu seeks licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to provide in-home visits across Hauula and surrounding areas. Flexible, per-diem schedule with potential to earn $100k–$120k yearly, depending on patient load and visits.

You’ll perform evaluations, gait and fall risk assessments, and coordinate with the care team. Hawaii licenses, 1+ year home health preferred, and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year clinical experience, home health preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
