Always-Best-Care-Senior-Services---Oahu is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for in-home care on Oahu. The positions offer a flexible, per diem schedule with strong earning potential based on visits.

Earn potential ranges are highlighted, with PT visits at $80 each and PTA visits at $55–$60 each. Reliable transportation and Hawaii licensure are required to deliver high-quality home health therapy.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
