Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services on O'ahu, HI seeks licensed Physical Therapists (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for per diem in-home visits. Flexible schedule and the ability to choose your own patients, with an earnings potential of $100,000–$120,000 per year based on visit volume.

Responsibilities include in-home PT visits, evaluations, reassessments, fall risk assessments, and accurate documentation to keep the care team informed.

Qualifications

• Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Complete evaluations and reassessments, including fall risk assessments.
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
