Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants for in-home therapy on O’ahu, HI. Per diem opportunities offer flexible scheduling and the chance to impact seniors’ independence at home.

Compensation includes per-visit rates: PT $80 and PTA $55–$60, with potential to earn $100,000–$120,000 annually based on patient visits and hours. Reliable transportation is required for home visits.

Qualifications

• Hawaii license as PT or PTA is required.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
