Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services on O'ahu, HI is hiring licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for in-home, Medicare-certified therapy focused on fall prevention, mobility, and keeping seniors safe at home.

Provide in-home PT visits, complete evaluations and fall-risk assessments, and document progress for the care team. Schedule is flexible / per diem—you choose your own patients, offering a rewarding, community-based practice.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
• Document progress and communicate with the care team.
