BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who is eager to make a difference in clients' lives. In this role, you'll provide in-home care to help clients restore their strength, independence, and dignity.

Your responsibilities will include performing PT evaluations, creating personalized care plans, and educating clients on exercises. The position offers competitive pay of $75 to $85 per hour along with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Must have an active MA PT license.
• Graduate from an accredited DPT or MPT program.
• CPR certification is required.
• 1+ year of experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR.

Skills

Experience in in-home PT evaluations

Knowledge of strength and mobility enhancement

Ability to educate clients on home safety

Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Education

DPT or MPT from an accredited program

Active Massachusetts PT license
