BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home care. In this role, you’ll help clients restore strength and independence while enjoying a flexible schedule tailored to your availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience preferred; new graduates are welcome.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength and mobility.
• Educate clients/families on exercises and home safety.
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR.
