Job summary

NPHire in Rhode Island is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver in-home primary care for seniors and older adults. You will join a mission-driven team providing holistic, compassionate care in home and community settings.

The role requires active RI licensure, NP board certification, BLS, DEA where applicable, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Expect travel, 13-week duration, ASAP start, with 8-hour shifts across five days per week.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited health professions school with active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active licensure in the state of Rhode Island.
• Active DEA licensure and state-specific controlled substance registration, as applicable.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care both in-person at patients homes.
• Provide compassionate, individualized, and holistic patient care, including comprehensive primary care, urgent care, and chronic condition management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for transitions of care support and complex care management.
• Engage in professional development opportunities and collaborate with experts in geriatric medicine and palliative care.
• Participate in after-hours on-call coverage as needed.

Job Details

Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,685 - $3,950.

Shift: 8-hour days, 5 shifts per week.

Duration: 13 weeks.

Start Date: ASAP.

Job Requirements
