ARS-Rescue Rooter in Indianapolis seeks an experienced residential plumber with in-home sales skills. You will meet homeowners with water or drainage issues, inspect with a camera system, and present quotes for repair or replacement.

Pay is $70K - $150K+ annually based on performance. This is a full-time, year-round role with uncapped commissions, weekly settlements, a take-home vehicle, gas card, and comprehensive benefits including insurance, 401(k), PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience is required.
• In-home sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Meet with homeowners who are experiencing water or drainage issues.
• Use a camera system to inspect underground or in-wall plumbing, identify root causes, and present quotes for repair or full line replacement - including excavation if necessary. This is a consultative role that combines technical knowledge with sales execution.

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Residential plumbing experience required

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred

• Comfortable using camera inspection equipment

• Ability to explain and sell large-scope repair or replacement work

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed

• Strong communication and customer presentation skills
