Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing sales or sewer replacement experience.
• Experience with sewer line replacement, water main replacement, or underground plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and underground infrastructure.
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes, permitting processes, and excavation safety standards.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the residential plumbing sales process for sewer line replacements, water main replacements, and underground projects.
• Meet with homeowners to assess plumbing failures and provide replacement solutions.
• Create accurate proposals for sewer replacements, trenching, excavation, and underground work.
• Coordinate project scheduling with drain technicians, excavation crews, and plumbing teams.

We are seeking a Residential Plumbing Sales Manager to lead the sewer replacement, water main replacement, and excavation sales division. This role focuses on managing the sales process for large residential plumbing projects, coaching sales staff, and coordinating with field crews to ensure successful project execution. This position works closely with the Plumbing Service Manager and General Manager to grow the drain, sewer, and excavation replacement division while maintaining a strong customer experience.

Salary: $60,000 plus bonus potential
