Job summary

American Rooter & Drain is hiring for a Plumbing Sales Specialist to learn and grow in a hands-on role. You will engage with customers to identify plumbing service needs and promote permanent solutions while learning from experienced technicians.

The position is in-person at customer locations with paid training at $20/hr. After training, compensation shifts to a 100% commission model with earnings potential up to $150,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Basic plumbing knowledge and willingness to learn
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for sales
• Customer-focused approach with prompt responsiveness
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Possession of a valid driver’s license may be required for travel

Responsibilities

• Drain diagnosis and basic repairs with guidance from experienced techs
• Sales support by explaining services and promoting solutions
• Interact with customers professionally to assess needs and schedule service
• Maintain documentation of interactions, services, and progress reports
