Qualifications

• Proven success in in-home sales, home services sales, plumbing sales, HVAC sales, construction sales, remodeling, or another consultative high-ticket sales role is preferred.
• Plumbing, mechanical, construction, estimating, or home-service experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to qualified sales opportunities promptly and professionally.
• Meet with homeowners in their homes and build trust from the first conversation.
• Listen to customer concerns, goals, priorities, and budget.
• Inspect plumbing systems and gather accurate information for proposed work.
• Coordinate with technicians, managers, installers, and vendors as needed.
• Develop clear, accurate, and professional proposals.
• Present multiple options and explain the value of each solution.
• Discuss financing and payment options clearly and compliantly.
• Ask for the business and address questions professionally.
• Document calls, appointments, proposals, outcomes, and next steps in ServiceTitan.
• Handoff sold projects for scheduling and installation and ensure smooth transitions.
• Review project scope, costs, margins, change orders, and final results.
• Maintain relationships and identify future service opportunities.
