Job summary

You will conduct history reviews, physical evaluations, and plan next steps with health plans, while traveling locally as needed. The position supports full-time hours, with a typical 40-hour week and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).

• Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including diagnostic and preventive services such as spirometry, DEE, and bone density screening.
