• Assess patient response to treatments and communicate changes to supervisor.
• Discharge planning with written home programs and caregiver education.
• Maintain and update accurate clinical and patient records per guidelines.
• Explain agency services to patients and families.
• Perform patient positioning and transporting duties with proper technique.
• Demonstrate age-appropriate care and growth/development considerations.
