Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state PTA license and valid driver's license.
• CPR certification.
• Two years experience in acute care or home care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Schedule patient visits independently and maintain timely updates with the office.
• Provide in-home therapeutic interventions under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Participate in weekend and on-call rotations.
• Communicate and document patient progress and care plans.
