Nurse Next Door in Coeur d'Alene, ID is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide in-home services across North Idaho. You will implement physician-ordered treatment plans and review cases with a supervising PT, while educating patients and family members on PT modalities.

Maintain timely visit notes and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and optimal outcomes. Candidate must hold PTA licensure and have completed an approved PTA program, along with passing the national PTA

Qualifications

• Licensed, registered, or certified as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
• Graduated from a PTA curriculum approved by the APTA or equivalent.
• Passed a national PTA examination.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans ordered by the physician for patients on caseload.
• Review caseload with supervising PT regularly.
• Educate patients, families, and staff in physical therapy modalities.
