Job summary

The role requires a Physical Therapy license, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and English fluency. Preferred: 1 year PTA experience; driving and field visits are required.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with a healthcare team.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Administer the physical therapy treatment plan to patients, working onsite in their homes.
• Administer non-complex manual therapies and modalities as directed.
• Document client records and submit clinical documentation weekly.
• Attend educational meetings and coordinate department in-services.
• Notify supervisor of equipment or supply issues.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions.
