Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and educate patients under supervision of a physical therapist and per physician's plan of care.
• Communicate progress and updates to patients, caregivers, and team members.
• Provide treatments to improve or maintain patient function, relieve pain, and ensure safety.
• Teach patients and caregivers about assistive devices and rehabilitation techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and plan patient discharge.
• Document patient observations, treatment progress, and ensure timely record-keeping.
• Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional guidelines.
