Qualifications

• Licensed to practice physical therapy in Pennsylvania.
• BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider per the American Heart Association.
• Valid Driver's License and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy to patients in their homes and assess physical abilities.
• Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of physical therapy treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning and relieve pain.
