Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy to patients in their homes, assessing their abilities and restoring function to improve daily living. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to design and carry out individualized therapy programs.

A valid PA PT license (CAPTE-accredited degree preferred MS/DPT), BLS/CPR, and a valid driver’s license are required. Travel to patient homes is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from CAPTE accredited school of physical therapy (MS or Doctorate preferred).
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in Pennsylvania.
• BLS/CPR for healthcare provider.
• Valid Driver's License and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled therapy to patients in their homes and assesses physical abilities.
