Qualifications

• DPT required; licensure as PT in Texas.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and auto liability insurance.
• BLS certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and treatments based on physician referrals for patients of all ages.
• Develop treatment plans with goals and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on activities and exercises.
• Communicate with healthcare providers regarding patient progress and care adjustments.
• Manage appointment scheduling and transportation and therapy equipment.
• Maintain compliance with department policies, safety, and infection control standards.
• Monitor insurance coverage and authorizations, addressing scheduling or patient concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
