Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state license and valid driver's license.
• CPR certification.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, communication, and documentation skills.
• Good physical health with ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage time efficiently.
• Preferred experience in acute or home care and at least two years of relevant practice.

Responsibilities
