AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health in Denton, TX.

This full-time, on-site role evaluates and treats patients in the home setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and educating families on care plans. The ideal candidate holds a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, has at least nine months of PT experience, holds current licensure in Texas, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license to travel to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in physical therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
• At least nine months of PT experience.
• Licensure to practice in the state of operation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation and treatment to patients and documents according to physician orders and agency policy.
• Manages a caseload per agency productivity standards and attends conferences and in-services.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and educates patients and families on care plans.

Education

Master’s degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE accredited physical therapist education program

Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist

Currently licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation

CPR certification

Licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
