InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Venice, FL. If you want a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

Deliver in-home physical therapy, evaluate mobility and function, implement rehab programs, educate patients and families, and maintain Medicare-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in good standing (PT).
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to patients' homes.
• Basic comfort with email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to adults and geriatrics.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set goals.
• Develop and supervise rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and prevention.
• Maintain Medicare-compliant documentation.
