Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation in patients' homes or independent living facility rooms. The role focuses on evaluation, treatment, and referral to address comprehensive patient needs and promote independence.

Responsibilities include supervising support staff, maintaining schedules and documentation, and coordinating with the rehab team to ensure high-quality care. A flexible schedule with a patient-centered approach is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PT assistants, temporary licensees, students as required.
• Adhere to treatment schedule and complete documentation.
• Attend patient care and staffing conferences.
• Refer to other disciplines as needed.
• Select appropriate therapeutic regimens and adapt plans.
• Promote safe environment and maintain equipment.
