Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide in-home services for adult and geriatric patients in DeKalb and surrounding areas. You will evaluate mobility, implement therapy plans, and educate patients and families about recovery and prevention.

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and support with a per-visit compensation structure. Compensation includes a per-visit rate ranging from $65 to $85, with benefits such as PTO, paid holidays, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
