Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide care for adult and geriatric patients in their homes in Upper Dauphin County. This role offers a flexible schedule and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include delivering therapy services, evaluating patients, implementing treatment plans, and educating families. Compensation is per visit, ranging from $60–80 depending on service type. The position includes additional bonuses based on visit complexity and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with an active license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Must have reliable transportation to see patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation.
