Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist with an active license in good standing.
BLS CPR certification required.
Must have reliable transportation to see patients.
Responsibilities
Deliver in-home physical therapy services.
Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function.
Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
Educate patients and families on recovery plans.
Maintain accurate home health care documentation.
