Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; home health experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical condition and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy care plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise therapy and mobility training.
