Mercy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home physical therapy for patients with neuro and/or musculoskeletal disorders under physician direction. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy in patients' homes, coordinating with agency staff and physicians.

The role requires an accredited PT degree, state licensure, CPR, and strong documentation while lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally more. Weekend/on-call rotation and driving to patient sites may be required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state license.
• Valid driver's license.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.
• Weekend and on-call rotation required.
• Willingness to drive in hazardous conditions; maps will be used.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule patient visits in a timely and efficient manner.
