Job summary

Remedy Recruitment is seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join a Medicare-certified home health agency serving Central/Southern Delaware, including Milford. The role involves in-home visits to adult and geriatric patients with a focus on mobility and independence.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with some flexibility. Compensation ranges from $39–$55 per hour, with mileage reimbursement, tuition assistance, and a strong PTO/benefits package starting day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy revisits to adult and geriatric Medicare patients throughout the assigned Central/Southern Delaware territory.
• Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, safety, and independence within the home.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
