You will complete concise documentation in 3-5 minutes using the Luna app, without OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork, and you'll treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license is required.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
