Responsibilities include 1:1 direct care, travel to clients in designated areas, and ongoing clinical support from an interdisciplinary team. BAYADA emphasizes work‑life balance and continuous training.

Qualifications

• Active and current PT license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred, new grads welcome to apply.
• Previous home health care experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you!

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess mobility, strength, balance, and safety.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including manual therapy and gait training.
• Document observations and evaluations accurately using a tablet.
• Travel locally to cases as assigned.
