Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provides PTA services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assists in evaluating progress toward goals and documents outcomes.
• Maintains daily treatment records and progress notes as directed.
• Observes patient responses and reports changes to the therapist.
