You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, document progress, and collaborate with the care team while providing leadership and community outreach. Travel up to 50% within the coverage area is expected.

Formación

• Graduate of APTA-approved PT program.
• Active PT license in MA.
• 1+ year experience in healthcare.

Responsabilidades
