Job summary

Sprinter Health is hiring a Field Phlebotomist to bring high-quality care to patients in their homes. You’ll travel within your service area, perform blood draws, vitals, and preventive services, and document visits using our mobile tools. Independence, strong communication, and a patient-first mindset are essential.

You’ll work a consistent weekday schedule (7:00 a.m. start) with guaranteed daily hours, mileage reimbursement, and company-provided gear.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy skills with experience handling difficult sticks.
• Home healthcare experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Proficient with Apple iPhone/iPad and mobile apps.
• Willingness to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for your day with proper supplies and PPE.
• Travel to patients’ homes within your assigned service area.
• Provide blood draws, vitals, height/weight, and wellness support.
• Document each visit accurately using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.
• Manage time, supplies, and schedule independently between patients.
