Job summary

Evergreen Space Coast is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our service base through in-home inspections, educating customers, and closing new service agreements.

You will identify customer needs, present pricing and treatment options, and build lasting relationships with homeowners while documenting sales accurately and coordinating with operations for smooth starts. This field-based role offers uncapped earning potential and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.
• Ability to perform basic inspections (attics, crawlspaces, yards).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home inspections for pest, termite, and lawn services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service plans.
• Present pricing, explain treatment options, and close sales.
• Follow up on provided leads and generate self-sourced opportunities.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Accurately document sales and customer information.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service start-up.
