Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Illinois is hiring a Branch Sales Professional to grow revenue by selling pest control solutions to residences and businesses. You’ll identify customer needs, recommend tailored options, and build lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service.

You will generate leads, conduct inspections for infestations or conditions conducive to pests, present proposals, and prepare job specifications in line with regulations.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawls space and other tight spaces.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and related services to customers via warm leads, cold calls, and onsite visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations and present proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and manage sales leads within the branch and territory and generate additional service opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle and adhere to the Vehicle Policy.
